Romy was so mortified, she escaped the panel!
Regina always means well buuuut Romy doesn’t really come from a background of financial stability and she’s a little self conscious about that. She has definitely worn that same hoodie since high school (also, why does everyone keep calling it a sweater? IT’S A HOODIE!!).
I feel so bad for Romy right now. :<
I wish I could say it gets better from here… she’s going to have a lot of feelings to work through before she finds her confidence!
DAAAAYYYuuummm…. poor Romy sent into a corner of shame… its ok Romy! I have a 8 year old jacket I wear too.
As do I! It’s nothing to be ashamed about. That hoodie is in pretty good condition considering!
I would have reacted the same. An insult to the trusty old hoodie hits hard!
Right?! I wear a lot of the same clothes I did when I was in college and high school and I know what it’s like to have someone point out “oh wow that hoodie looks pretty old” I’M JUST ATTACHED!
