It’s really interesting how drained of color this page is! Really suits the predicament.
Yeah, it’s a little different than usual! But honestly this page was only of my favourite recent pages. I was pretty happy about nailing the look I was going for right off the bat.
This makes me think of the Lost episode, haha!

I cant, just, the fact hes got permanent markers and writing on his long arms, just to add ‘Aaaaahh!’ while theyre allegedly drowning just, really tickles me so much.
AFOIAJGISH this page still tickles me a lot too… like, it’s a rare moment of visual comedy in Book 1 that we don’t get a whole lot of. What I love about it is that Boone always somehow finds a way to scream even when he cannot do so vocally. XD
Boone actually having a marker and using it to clarify that they are indeed drowning,was comedic genius. I actually laughed XD
A lot of people tend to love this page, haha! It’s one of those rare visual gags in SlumberTown that I’m pretty attached to myself. xD
